The payment must be done 30 days prior to the fist day of the services. Services express (between 30 and 10 days prior to the services) as well as last minute bookings (less then 10 days) are confirmed according to availability and can be subject to additional charges.

At this moment we work only by bank wiring. The client must make sure that the amount sent covers also all banking fees. Cubaforhealth.com will not be responsible for the wiring costs neither for reimbursements due to cancelation by the client. In cases where the amount sent does not cover the invoice sent to the client and the difference due is not wired afterwards Cubaforhealth.com can cancel entirely or partially the booked services.

No one of the staff of Cubaforhealth.com will under any pretexte ask information about your credit card. If at any time someone on our staff would do so, please report it to: comercial@cubaforhealth.com.

Cancelation of any of the booked services by the client can only be accepted before 10 days prior to the beginning of the services. In case of cancelation in due time the total amount of the payment will be rewired to the clients account discounting the wiring fees.

In cases of a cancelation 10 days prior to the beginning of the services a penalty of 25 % of the invoice will be discounted. In case of cancelation 72 hours prior to the beginning of the services there will be no pay back at all.

Cancelations by the agency due to the impossibility to render booked services imply a complete reimbursement with all bank fees paid by the agency.
